Today's topic is moisturisers!  How do you know when you've found the perfect one? Do they live up to the hype? Are they effective at hydrating and moisturising? These are the mysteries that I'm going to be helping you to solve!  So basically moisturising is vital to healthy looking skin. It restores the moisture barrier which keeps the skin soft, smooth and hydrated. Moisturiser is applied after cleanser and toner, so as to lock in moisture and hydrate your skin during the day. It can be a real minefield! However, as with finding a partner, sometimes you have to pucker up a few times in order to find "the one"! In this post I will be discussing a selection of lip balms that I have personally trialed and tested and my overall opinion on them. So here it goes... It says on the tube that it "soothes, moisturises and protects". I found that the moisturisation is short lived and leaves my lips feeling drier at the end o the day. I also don't like that you have to use your finger to apply it, as I think that if it's in a tube there should b...
