Reviewing New Products #4

Hello my beauties!!!  This is the fourth installment of my "Reviewing New Products" series! I think this is going to be my last one as I feel like after all the trial and error of trying different products I have finally found the ones that work best for my skin. Also I don't know how much more my poor skin can take! I tried the Belenos Botanique Rosehip Oil but I didn't like the feel of it on my skin and it didn't seem to do very much. Then there was The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension that made my neck itch. So I returned them and swapped the azelaic acid for the Active Formula Vitamin C Power Serum, which my skin liked a lot better. I can't say I've noticed much of a difference in the overall brightness or texture of my skin but I love the subtle fragrance and how easily the serum absorbs into my skin. It can be frustrating when products don't work for you but it's how you figure out what products and formulas work best for your skin. ...

Reviewing New Products #3

Welcome to part 3 of my new products review!!! Over the last 3 weeks I've been trying and testing these 4 new products. I bought two of them for their acne healing properties (cleanser and serum) and the other two for hydration (eye cream and lip balm).  I have enjoyed slowly incorporating these 4 products into my skincare routine and have recorded my findings below... #1) Eucerin Acute Lip Balm Reasons for purchase:   I needed an overnight treatment for my lips and found that Vaseline and Lanolips Lemonaid Lip Treatment just wasn't cutting it. So I searched up "overnight lip treatments" on Amazon and this one popped up. I originally looked up Aquaphor lip balm made by the same brand, as I'd heard lots of good things about it on YouTube. However, it was way too expensive for my taste so I purchased their Acute Lip Balm instead. It said in the description that it was an intensive lip balm for very dry, chapped lips.
